Dizziness/Vestibular – Individualized program that provides eye and head exercises to improve stability.

Fall Prevention and Balance – Customized program to help stabilize one’s body movements to maintain proper posture on even and uneven surfaces. This improves walking up/down steps, curbs and ramps. Additionally, this program will provide specific strategies for fall prevention.

Orthopedic and Sports Rehab – Customized program to aid in the treatment and recovery of sprains, strains, fractures and joint replacements. This is helpful with sports participation as well, as everyday activity.

Kinesio Taping – A specialized taping technique to decrease pain and swelling to maximize joint mobility. This technique is successfully used on everyday “wear and tear” to all types of injuries.

Pain Reduction Treatment – Customized program to reduce pain through the use of ultrasound, electrical stimulation and other specialized manual techniques. This treatment can lower pain and swelling and increase circulation.

Aquatic Therapy  (when available) – Exercises performed in a pool to strengthen muscles while minimizing pain. This is extremely beneficial for all injuries and ailments.

Movement Disorders – Personalized program to treat the effects of spasticity, loss of coordination, unbalance, immobility and tremors.

Lymphedema Management (with physician prescription) – Individualized program to decrease swelling through the use of hands-on treatment and compression wraps. This treatment is helpful following mastectomies, trauma or surgeries.

Strength and Endurance Training – Individualized program devised of specific exercises to increase strength and endurance, therefore improving the ability to get up from the floor to participating in sports.

Flexibility – Dynamic and static stretches performed to specific muscles to increase the body’s range of motion and improve overall mobility.

Stroke Rehab – Customized program to strengthen ADL/IADL’s(Activities of Daily Living/Independent Activities of Daily Living) such as getting in/out of a bed, chair or car. Thus improving one’s quality of life.
